Plain White Garri:

AUGMAC FARMS Plain White Garri is the product obtained from cassava tubers, the fresh cassava tubers are peeled, washed and gratered or crushed to produce a mash. The mash is put in a sack bags with holes. After being pressed for 1-3 hours to eliminate extra starchy water, it is then let to sit for 7 days to allow for proper fermentation. The cassava mash is sieved and then fried with the micronutrient in a sizable stainless steel frying pan once it has sufficiently fermented. The finished product, dry nutritious Garri, is sieved, packaged in various pack sizes, and has a long shelf life. Cassava tuber, the raw material, is easily accessible.
